GTM Consulting

Outbound, content, and your CRM are all running. None of it compounds.

I rebuild the whole motion: ICP, a tested offer matrix, and outbound, content, and agents working as one system. 90 days building it with you, 90 days making sure it holds. Fixed fee. No hourly billing.

Who it is for

Built for companies that sell through people.

Who it is for

  • B2B companies with product-market fit and a GTM motion that is broken, inconsistent, or absent.
  • Teams working out of a CRM that sell through outbound or inbound email and phone conversations.
  • Founders and revenue leaders who want the operator in the work, not reviewing it.

Who it is not for

  • Companies that want a deck and a handoff rather than a working system.
  • Teams that want to pay hourly or by the deliverable with no commitment to the Hold phase.
  • Pre-product-market-fit companies still searching for what to sell.
The engagement

90 days to build it. 90 days to make it stick.

01

GTM Audit

I audit your current motion (offers, ICP, channel mix, content, competitive position) and deliver a full diagnosis with a ranked action plan. Two weeks. One findings session. You will know exactly what is broken and in what order to fix it.

$7,500 one-time — credited in full toward any engagement. Money-back guarantee.
02

The Fix (Days 1–90)

Two working sessions per week, with me in the work rather than reviewing it. ICP definition, offer matrix, Engine architecture, outbound setup, content foundations, and the targeting that surfaces in-market buyers. The infrastructure of a working GTM motion — built live.

Fixed fee, priced by tier — see below
03

The Hold (Days 91–180)

The system is live and your team owns it. I stay on to make sure it doesn't drift — weekly then bi-weekly, catching the wrong calls before they compound. Most GTM builds fail in the quarter after the consultant leaves. This is the half that prevents that.

Mandatory second phase, not an optional add-on
Investment

Four ways in. One methodology.

Every tier runs the same two phases and the same operator. What changes is the size of the motion being rebuilt. Fix and Hold are quoted together as one fixed fee, agreed before we start — not billed by the hour, and not re-scoped halfway through.

Foundations
Pre-Seed / Seed
Starting at$3,000per month, scaling to $6,000 by scope
Month-to-month. No long-term commitment.

GTM audit, messaging and ICP tightening, CRM and process cleanup, and a weekly advisory cadence. Advisory-led rather than rebuild-led — I am on the call, not embedded in the build. The entry point for teams that need real GTM guidance before they can carry a full engagement.

Fix · Days 1–90$110,000

Starting at$250,000total · scoped per engagement
Fix · Days 1–90From $200,000
Hold · Days 91–180From $50,000

Contracted as a project SOW rather than a retainer. Scoped and priced against the specific motion, the number of segments, and the internal teams involved.

The Hold phase is mandatory in every Fix engagement. It is not an optional add-on and it is not sold separately — most GTM rebuilds fail in the quarter after the consultant leaves, and pricing them as one engagement is the only way to prevent that. The $7,500 GTM Audit credits in full toward any tier, or toward any other RAINCLOUD engagement. Companies between Series B and Series D+ are quoted individually; ask and I will scope it.

Instead of…

Instead of

A full-time CRO hire

One person, one point of view, a long search, and a salary before the system exists.

Honest tradeoff: A full-time hire lives in the business every day and owns the team. I do not. The rebuild is faster and cheaper, but then someone has to carry it.
Instead of

A big-firm strategy deck

A confident deck from people who will not be there when the system has to run.

Honest tradeoff: A big firm brings research depth and brand weight for a board. A deck is not a working motion, but it may be the artifact you need.
Instead of

DIY by committee

Everyone adds a channel. Nobody owns the architecture that makes them work together.

Honest tradeoff: Doing it yourselves keeps every lesson in house. It also tends to take twice as long and still miss the foundation.

The build can hand off. Once the foundation and the Engine are in place, Demand Generation or AI Agents can keep the parts your team should not be spending time on running. I take on a limited number of engagements at a time.

FAQ

The obvious questions.

Why is the Hold phase mandatory?

Most GTM rebuilds fail in the quarter after the consultant leaves. The system drifts, nobody owns the calls that keep it tuned, and the team reverts to old habits. The Hold phase exists to stop that, so it is priced and contracted with the Fix as one engagement.

What is the difference between Foundations and the Series A tier?

Foundations is advisory-led: I am on the call, not embedded in the build. It suits pre-seed and seed teams that need real GTM guidance before they can carry a full rebuild. Series A is the full Fix and Hold, with me in the work two sessions a week for 90 days.

Do I need to do the GTM Audit first?

It is the recommended entry point, and the $7,500 credits in full toward the engagement. If you already know what is broken, we can talk about skipping it.

Who actually does the work?

I do. There is no delivery team, no junior analyst, and no offshore bench. Where a part of the work is better run by software, I hand it to the Engine or to AI agents, and I run those too.
