First sales hire

For the Founder Who Outgrew Founder-Led Sales.

A salary before the system exists.

Instead of a full-time CRO hire. One person, one point of view, a long search, and a salary before the system exists.

The playbook and operating cadence. Documented well enough that a new hire can run it.

The audit comes first. Always.

Team, enablement and leadership.

Who owns the number, how reps are coached, and whether the operating cadence holds.

One owner

One executive owns the revenue number end to end.

Quota from the math

Quotas are set from capacity and pipeline math, not only top-down.

Ramp

Ramp time for new reps is defined and measured.

Onboarding

Rep onboarding is documented.

Instead of a full-time CRO hire.

One person, one point of view, a long search, and a salary before the system exists.

A full-time hire lives in the business every day and owns the team. I do not. The rebuild is faster and cheaper, but then someone has to carry it.

$5,000 audit · $37,500 over 90 days · $7,500/mo after

What you walk away with.

The same list as the pricing page, word for word.

What it isn’t.

The audit diagnoses. It does not build. The ICP rebuild, the message map, the pipeline model, the sequences, the scorecard in your CRM — those are the 90-day engagement.

$5,000 · 10 business days · required before any engagement · not credited toward the build · no refund

I don’t sell a 90-day build off a sales call, and you shouldn’t buy one. The audit is how we both find out whether this is worth doing. If you take the diagnosis and run the fix with your own team, that’s a working outcome — you own the score, the baseline, every finding and the business case either way. See the full fee schedule.

Common questions.

Why is the audit required?

Because I won’t sell a six-month engagement off a sales call and you shouldn’t buy one. Ten days and $5,000 is how we both find out whether this is worth doing.

Why isn’t the audit credited toward the build?

Because then it isn’t an audit, it’s a deposit. The audit is a real piece of work with its own deliverable, and plenty of companies take the diagnosis and run the fix themselves.

What is the tradeoff against a full-time CRO hire?

A full-time hire lives in the business every day and owns the team. I do not. The rebuild is faster and cheaper, but then someone has to carry it.

Who actually does the work?

I do. There is no delivery team, no junior analyst, and no offshore bench. That is also why I run two builds at a time.

Where this starts

The free 40-Point Outside Audit. Then the 100-Point GTM Autopsy. Then the 90-day fix.

  1. Free 40-Point Outside Audit. Roughly 40 of the 100-Point GTM Autopsy’s 100 points: the ones that can be scored from outside the company, from public sources alone. No mystery shop. Scored by Colin, with an offer to walk through what he found. Request it on the 40-Point Outside Audit page.
  2. 100-Point GTM Autopsy. $5,000. Ten business days. Required before any engagement. Not credited toward the build. No refund. The audit is the trial. What the ten days include.
  3. 90-Day GTM Fix. $37,500: $15,000, then $12,500, then $10,000. Then advisory at $7,500 a month. How the 90 days work.

For B2B companies between $50M and $200M. Two builds at a time.

You already know it's broken.
The audit tells you what to fix first.

The free 40-Point Outside Audit scores the part of the 100-Point GTM Autopsy that can be read from outside the company, from public sources alone. The paid next step is the 100-Point GTM Autopsy: $5,000, ten business days.
