I run the Engine for you: Hunter finds companies showing signs of the problem you solve, Harvester turns LinkedIn engagement into conversations, and Farmer plants content that ranks and compounds. You pay a launch fee, then 15% of what the Engine closes.
The Engine is the proprietary system behind this offer. Each component does one job, and they feed each other. Farmer content is included, which is the line between this and the standalone Content offer.
Finds companies showing signs of the problem you solve and starts the conversation by email.
Turns LinkedIn engagement from the right people into real conversations.
Plants bottom-of-funnel content that ranks, compounds, and feeds the other three.
Short-form social video that guides attention to your site. Fulfilled with a partner.
ICP and the 5x5 offer matrix come first. With no foundation, the credited GTM Audit is the entry.
Infrastructure, targeting, and the first rounds of tested messaging. Baselines are set.
Hunter, Harvester, and Farmer run together. Replies are handled, content goes live, and what works gets doubled down on.
Fee shifts to a share of closed-won contract value on Engine-sourced deals.
You pay the launch fee. After that, I earn 15% of closed-won total contract value on deals the Engine sources. A $60K deal sourced by the Engine means a $9,000 fee.
Attribution and payment terms are agreed in writing before we start.
Volume-based sending, a monthly retainer, and a report that celebrates replies.
Salaries, ramp time, turnover, and a manager to run them.
A big list, a generic sequence, and a deliverability problem.
A deal where the first qualified conversation came from Hunter, Harvester, or Farmer, or that was meaningfully advanced by them. The attribution rules, and how disputes are handled, are agreed in writing before we start. Contact source is also recorded on every lead, so there is a clean record.
Then the credited GTM Audit is the entry. Nothing in the Engine works well without a tight ICP and an offer matrix, so I do not skip it.
Because I would rather earn more only when you close more. The launch fee covers setup, message testing, and baselines. After that, the fee scales with the deals the Engine actually sources.
Shepherd is short-form social video that guides attention to your site. It is an optional add-on, fulfilled with a partner. Most programs start without it.
I review each program against email and LinkedIn rules before anything goes out, and I own that review. If something does not pass, it does not ship.
Content is Farmer on its own, plus ghostwriting. Demand Generation is the whole Engine: Hunter, Harvester, and Farmer together, with Farmer content included. If you want outbound, LinkedIn, and content running as one system, this is the one.
Not sure whether this is the right door? I will tell you. I take on a limited number of engagements at a time.
